Before and after… kitchen update
As well all know, the kitchen is a big deal. And with big deals, come big projects. (Did you see what I did there? No? Oh. Well it was kinda a Spiderman reference. I have to explain all my jokes to my husband too).
Jokes aside, in a super condensed version of events, we did the following with some professional help.
One, we tore down the drop ceilings.
Two, we tore down the wall between the kitchen and dining.
Three, we added more cabinets.
Four, we painted all the cabinets.
Five, we tore out the outdated counters, and replaced them with coriander.
Six, we replaced the lighting.
And last but not least, we replaced the backsplash.
And voila! With just two years of our lives, oodles of money, the occasional drop of blood, profuse sweating, and one bout of tears, we have a new kitchen.
